What will it do?
- This workshop will help you to understand the different styles that a leader can operate in and in which situations they are appropriate. It will help you to understand your default styles and in which situations they are effective and ineffective. It will also help you understand how you can develop the leadership styles that are necessary in your work situation. The workshop includes:-

  • The democratic style
  • The visionary style
  • The relational style
  • The coaching style
  • The pacesetting style
  • The directive style
  • Understanding your default leadership styles
  • When to use each of the leadership styles
  • How to develop each of the styles

Who is this for? - This workshop is for those people in your organisation who need to show leadership. It is especially relevant for managers and others who need to adapt their leadership style according to the people and situations they face.

Pre-workshop work - It would be helpful for the participant's team or peers to complete a leadership style assessment so the participant can then understand what styles they are perceived to be using.

Participant’s real work scenarios in every section of every workshop - Each section of every workshop brings the participant’s actual work scenarios into the training room and participants decide on the changes they will implement from their learning before they leave the workshop.

Workshops utilise a variety of learning approaches - Participants not only receive highly relevant material with engaging presenters, but we also use video, discussions, role plays, training games, assessments and team exercises to unsure that participants are engaged and learning throughout the whole day.

-1/2 day version: $1600

(Includes handouts for up to 20 people, plus $20 per person over 20 people)
