Our range of in-house workshops are on the left hand side of this page. Please click on them to find more detail. You can tailor your training from these workshops to suit your needs. The workshops have four versions:
1. A four day program
Many organisations find it helpful to conduct comprehensive training programs for its managers. This program is normally either conducted as one week intensive, especially when staff from different regions need to attend, or one day a month for several months. The advantage of the latter is that it gives the participants time to put the information from each day into practice. We have three programs that are popular with many organisations. These programs may be shorter or longer, according to your needs. Please click on the title below to download a pdf with more information
a. The advanced management program
b. The management essentials program
c. The personal effectiveness program
2. A one day workshop
In a one day workshop, we cover the entire scope listed when you click on the workshop's link on the left hand side of this page. In a full day you get sufficient time for relevant in-depth discussion of all the topics. You also get the opportunity to instantly apply the learning to your work situation as a worked example
3. A half day workshop
In a half day workshop, we cover a selected half of the scope of a full day workshop with full discussion and application. Organisations often find if helpful to only have their staff unavailable fory half of the day. They also often have half of the group do the training in the morning and the other half do the training in the afternoon
4. The 90 minute "express" version
We take a few of the concepts of the workshop that are particularly relevant to your team and apply them with one practical exercise. A 90 minute express workshop gives a highly targeted injection of knowledge. This is suitable for extended team meetings or as a training aspect of a conference or team day. People often learn better in small bursts and are only away from their job for an hour and a half. |
