Who is this for? - This workshop is for organisations who realize that understanding the strengths of their staff is a key to the effectiveness of their organisation. It is not for organisations who want their staff to conform to a predefined and inflexible role description.

Pre-workshop work - It would be helpful for the participants to attempt a personal SWOT analysis (available from us). We cover this in the workshop but the preparation will help that part of the workshop be more productive.
