Wayne Back   is an experienced keynote presenter, having delivered hundreds of keynote addresses to various size groups from twenty to several thousand people. He brings high quality takeaways with humour and impact. This normally means a mixture of his entertaining style, videos and crowd participation; with a basis of his 30  years experience in training and 2 postgraduate management degrees. His role in conferences is normally to bring management and leadership content to the program.  He can develop presentations on request, however, our most popular keynote sessions (50 minutes each) are

• Developing your leadership styles - This is a 2 session presentation that covers 6 leadership styles and their impact on others. It also covers how to build strength in the styles you need. This presentation includes an optional leadership style assessment as a take away
• Managing stress - This 2 or 3 session presentation is on recognizing stress, building up stress resistance and stress relief techniques. The last session can be so relaxing that it is the one time where people fall to sleep as they practice relaxation techniques
• Motivation techniques - We are all familiar with rewards and the pep talk, however we all know that any motivation plan has limited success. This 2 session presentation covers 6 types of motivation that will help your people be skilled to motivate a broader range of people
• Increasing your influence - This 2 session presentation helps people to influence others without the use of their authority. It covers the 5 types of influence currency, how to use them and how to develop them 
• Giving presentations - This 2 session presentation covers developing presentation skills, dealing with nerves, and how to leave a lasting impact
• Lifting the workplace climate - This 2 session presentation covers the 6 aspects of work climate, how to recognize them and how to develop a climate that lifts performance. This presentation includes an optional workplace climate assessment tool
• Team Building - This is a 2 or 3 session presentation on how to inspire commitment in your team. It covers 6 key areas for a team leader to focus on
