Who is this for? - This workshop is relevant for teams at all levels from executive boards to front-line teams. It is for any team that requires greater co-ordination or communication as wells as those that desire more effective meetings.

Pre-workshop work - Participants are encouraged for the two weeks leading up to the workshop to note those aspects of team meetings, organisation and communication that are not being effective.
