What will it do? -This workshop helps people to communicate more effectively. Communication is often reported as the biggest problem in many companies. Some people believe that since they have intended to say one thing, then everyone else has understood what they have meant. This workshop will help people be clearer in what they say, listen to people, understand different types of people and understand non-verbal communication. This workshop covers:

Who is this for? - This workshop is for people who understand the importance of communication and want to build the working relationships of their teams. It is particularly helpful for organisations that deal with a diversity of types of people. It is also of help to growing organisations or those who have a changing group of staff or stakeholders.

Pre-workshop work - It would be helpful for the participants to record their communication difficulties with other staff, customers and other stakeholders in the two weeks in the lead up to the workshop. We can then use the common problems as workshop examples.
