What will it do? - This workshop gives an overview of the project management process and the nine key knowledge areas of project management. Project management brings together a range of management skills to focus on projects which have limited time, scope and cost. Pre-workshop work - The participants are encouraged to use a current project as a worked example on the day and then apply what they are learning to their current project. So the participants should bring all available information on the project into the training room.
